Wednesday morning class

Late morning, midweek is the perfect time to stretch out on the soft lush lawn in the warm Greenhouse, surrounded by rich oxygenating plants. This women’s yoga practice is a mindful, gentle stretch, led by Jessica Archer Nuzzo, aka Young Wise One. You will leave class feeling refreshed, lighter, stronger, more limber, and subtlety enlightened.
Monday evening class

Uplift your evening practicing hatha yoga in community. New teacher Deb Perry will guide us through sequences to awaken, strengthen, and stretch the whole body. In a practice that is both dynamic and mindful, we’ll cultivate inner attention, presence and peace for the week ahead.
Both of these classes will be spacious and limited to 6 women, so please RSVP soon to reserve your spot. Please indicate which class you will attend.
Last week, my dear friend Joy and I traveled to Carson National Forest in New Mexico, near Taos, to attend an Art and Spirit retreat facilitated by Master Watercolorist Melissa Harris. During the retreat, I captured my experience in a short video and documented the essence in writing.
Art & Spirit Retreat Essence
Catalyst of the Divine Feminine.
Dancing in the footsteps of the Mistress with a gold halo.
Wisdom arrived to be of good service.
Weaving past lives, akin to swimming across a warm, shallow pool.
Full moon in the daytime sky.
Lotus flower growing from her belly, where she stores her laughs.
Loosely flowing joy is forcing current.
Hold yourself close in rich moments.
Putting in brush miles in this sacred time and space.
Muse by her side, she stretches long to grasp elusive colors that are transparent, saturated, bold, yet sophisticated.
The journey explodes with inspired flow and ease.
Touch lightly.
Whatever you do on your summer vacation, I hope you make time to create art, sing, dance, and be astonished by the natural world.
Sincerely,

Tamara Trejo
