Hello Ladies,

I hope your spirit is awakening as brightly as the vibrant daffodils sprouting across the Coastside. With the Spring Equinox still weeks away, Gai has adorned our hills in brilliant yellow, energizing our spirits and inviting us to come alive.

Yoga in the Greenhouse

We will return to yoga in the Greenhouse on Wednesday, March 4th at 11 AM and Monday, March 10th. 6pm. We hope you can join us for these enlightening practices. All yoga levels are welcome. It doesn’t matter if you have never done yoga before; or If you are an experienced yogi, you’ll find our class’s are perfect for connecting to your body, soul and spirit. More information

Full Moon Ceremony 6pm March 14th RSVP

The last full moon of winter will occur on Friday, March 14th. I invite you to join us for a full moon ceremony honoring the Mayan Goddess Ixchel. Having recently returned from the land of Ixchel, I feel her spirit deeply resonating within me once more. More information.
