Happy full moon and lunar eclipse! The eclipse begins around 8:30 AM this morning. While we will not be able to see it, perhaps you can feel its energy.
The Autumn Equinox is still two weeks away, and I’m already sensing the powerful shift into my favorite season. On Tuesday, I indulged in my first pumpkin spiced latte. It was simply divine. The essence of autumn in a cup.
