In this retreat, we will adorn our bodies with henna and body glitter tattoos. We will settle into our innate calmness through Yoga Nidra. Also we will express our creativity using oil pastels and engage in the sacred pleasure of creating a 3’x6′ group painting without brushes. This retreat will be abundant with feminine rituals, celebrating connection and self-expression.
To embody the spirit of Aphrodite is to journey through the world with eyes wide open, and to radiate love and contagious joy. She invites us to navigate our surroundings with keen senses. We can almost smell through our eyes. We can feel through our ears. We can understand through touch. Aphrodite beckons us to gather in circle, for sacred rituals of adornment and divine feminine connection.
