Rooted and Rising

March first always feels like a threshold.
A wide door swinging open toward light.

Spring is not only about blossoms.
It is about what has been growing in the dark —roots strengthening,
energy gathering, life preparing itself quietly beneath the surface.

Something in us knows this turning.

I invite you to the Spring Equinox Retreat in the Greenhouse.

We will gather in circle to honor the balance of the season, through ritual, art-making, seed planting, and gentle movement — welcoming spring with creative hands and bare feet on the earth.

This morning retreat is a safe, supportive circle of women gathering to honor renewal and balance. Together we will welcome the turning season through art-making, seed planting, gentle movement, and ancient divine feminine ritual. With bare feet on the earth and fresh air in our lungs, we will soften into what is emerging, tending both soil and soul. The morning will feel easy and nourishing, yet quietly energizing — a space to root, rise, and remember what is ready to bloom.

No experience necessary, pots, soil, seeds and art supplies provided. Shoes optional. Cost 50$ at the door.

For those who feel called to go deeper this spring, consider Sagehood Art Journal. In this circle, you will find a renewed sense of creative freshness, deep grounding in your life story, and a mysterious intimacy with your inner muse.

This is a steady, intimate circle where presence matters more than perfection and your Muse is given time to breathe.

’Til we meet again, may every root you’ve tended in winter now feel the warm tug of Spring.

Sincerely,

Tamara Trejo
