Happy full moon. I hope you are enjoying these long, glorious days of summer, that your thirst for newness and adventure is being quenched, and your spirit satiated.
I have just returned from my birthday trip to Hawaii. It was sublime. Now I am home, tending our Greenhouse and preparing to gather with you once again.
Please join us in the Greenhouse for SoulCollage on Saturday, August 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This circle is dedicated to transformation.

Through this introspective and expressive gathering, you’ll receive the tools to begin your own SoulCollage® card deck, each card reflecting a different aspect of your inner self and personal journey. This gathering is an invitation to self-discovery and connection with like-minded women in a supportive, nurturing environment. No previous experience is necessary—only curiosity and an open heart.
If you have made cards in the past, bring them.

New to yoga? You are especially welcome. No experience, flexibility, or fancy poses are required—just come as you are.
Late morning, midweek is the perfect time to stretch out on the soft lush lawn in the warm Greenhouse, surrounded by rich oxygenating plants. This women’s yoga practice, led by Jessica Nuzzo, is a mindful and gentle stretch that will leave you feeling refreshed, lighter, stronger, more limber, and subtly enlightened.
